INSTRUCTIONS:

1- Place an Order through Etsy.

2- Send your artwork via email to babashopfbm@gmail.com.

3- Send a vector format which is a .eps, .ai, or unflattened .pdf. Or a high-resolution image (.jpg, .png)

4- Please include your order number within this email.

5- After you place your order we will email you a design proof for your approval.

6- Once an order has been approved we typically process and ship within in 3-5 business days.

We always send Mockup images for customer approval. If we do not get a response to our proof after 2 business days we will print and cut as is and mail out the order.

MATERIAL

Our decals are created using high-quality vinyl. They can be installed on most flat or slightly curved surfaces and are removable. BUT NOT REUSABLE. Use caution if you will be installing or removing decals on glass, mirror, or painted surfaces, because damage may occur to the finish. Especially on surfaces that were poorly prepped or use low-quality paint.

If you need a special size for any reason, please let us know before placing the order. The price may increase slightly depending on the size increase.

Your decal is normally created and shipped in 1-2 days after purchase. Monday through Friday (except for holidays, custom orders, and orders awaiting for design approval).
